History and Background

Famous depictions of red mushrooms with white spots can be found in everything from fairy tale books, video games, and classic art. Many people are familiar with these "fairy tale" mushrooms but don't know that they actually exist and have been used for thousands of years as an entheogen.

Based on evidence, some researchers believe that Fly Agarics may have been the very first entheogen used, as well as the long sought after psychoactive plant known to ancient cultures as "Soma"
